We would like to introduce our company to you; our name is Knight’s Mobile Catering.
We attend shows and events in the United Kingdom, providing first class catering from single units through to organising the sole catering rights. Units available include a multiple of choices from burgers to baguettes, icecream to smoothies to name just a few, and new for this year we are pleased to announce the arrival of our newest addition freshly prepared wood fiered pizza unit.
Knight’s Mobile Catering is a family run business and offers the following:-
* Specialising in single unit catering or full concession (a dedicated health and safety manager present at all events)
* A member of the National Caterers Association (NCASS)
* Has up to £10m public and employees insurance
* All corgi gas registered certificates
* Electrical PAT testing certificates
* All members of staff are fully trained in food hygiene, health and safety and first aid
* Risk assessments and safe systems of work in place for all aspects of the business
* Proprietor is a member of the National examination board of safety and health and the institute of occupational safety and health.
